An exciting opportunity has arisen in our North Lanarkshire service to join our team as a Family Interventions Worker. We are expanding our team and looking for individuals that are passionate about making a difference to family members that have been impacted by a loved one\'s drug and/or alcohol use. You will be responsible for delivering a range of family focussed interventions that support families across the 6 localities of North Lanarkshire.

You will assess and risk assess family members to ensure we provide them with the right level of support. You will carry a caseload and deliver interventions including CRAFT and also support with the facilitation of family support groups. You will represent the service across the 6 localities of North Lanarkshire and build excellent relationships with our many partners from both statutory and voluntary sectors. You will provide a warm and welcoming environment and provision of support to ensure that all families have a positive and motivating experience using a trauma informed approach. You will be part of a team that is passionate about family members receiving support in their own right and promote the Whole Family Approach and Family Inclusive Practice.
