This is a

Mobile Cover Cleaning role

with

Godfrey Group Facilities,

for sites including Adra Housing Association and Grwp Cynefin and other commercial cleaning roles.

The roles will be starting at 20 hours per week at 12.75 per hour. You will be scheduled weekly to visit various sites across North Wales, including but not limited to Pwllheli, Bangor, Bala and Corwen. We are looking for a candidate based in Caernarfon as a starting point.

You will work Monday to Friday, but some weekend work may be needed. Your hours will be varied between 9-5 on the days needed.

You will require a full UK Driving Licence and a DBS check, which can be provided by us. You will be provided with a Company van and company mobile, for business use only.

Duties

- Perform commercial cleaning tasks in various settings. Sites vary from offices to communal areas in sheltered housing.
- Follow cleaning schedules and ensure all assigned areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Emptying bins and replacing liners
- Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms and replenishing supplies
- Cleaning windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Operating cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners
- Adhering to safety guidelines and using cleaning chemicals properly

Skills

- Experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate
- Knowledge of different cleaning techniques and equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to cleaning protocols
