The Opportunity
We're looking for an ambitious and results-driven Area Sales Manager to manage and grow our presence across the Northern Region, with a strong focus on the housebuilder market. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded sales professional who thrives on building long-term relationships and driving sustainable growth.
You'll have the autonomy to manage your territory, the support of an experienced internal team, and the chance to make a real impact in a key region for the business.
What You'll Be Doing
Driving sales growth across the Northern region by building and nurturing strong relationships with housebuilders, developers, and key stakeholders
Identifying and securing new business opportunities within the housebuilding and development sector
Managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiation through to deal closure and aftersales support
Working closely with internal marketing and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients
Producing regular sales reports and forecasts to support business planning
About You
A proven track record in field sales, business development, or account management
Experience within construction, building materials, or property development is highly desirable
An established network within the housebuilder/developer market would be a strong advantage
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the Northern region
