Key Responsibilities:

Develop and support the template and installation teams across the Northern region, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Conduct regular on-site quality audits to maintain and improve installation & Template standards Produce monthly performance reports and review outcomes with template and installation teams. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure best practices are consistently achieved. Work closely with customers and internal teams to address issues promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Managing subcontractor Template and installation team in the field Strong focus on quality and H&S with the ability to carry out detailed audits and performance reviews. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Willingness to travel extensively across the Northern region.
