Part-time, with potential for additional recruitment/scouting opportunities

Coaching Hours:

Minimum of 3 hours per week ADMIN - Min 5 Hours per week

Norwich City FC is seeking a driven and proactive

Surrey Co-ordinator

to lead the day-to-day operations of one of our most exciting and high-performing Football Development Centres.

This centre has already seen

multiple players progress into the Norwich City Academy

, and we are looking for someone who can help maintain and build on this success -- both on and off the pitch.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee the administration

of the Surrey Development Centre Act as the

main point of contact

for parents, players, and staff Ensure the centre is fully staffed each week with quality coaches Distribute weekly

syllabus content

to coaching staff and support their delivery Ensure staff are fully equipped -- including coaching kit, session equipment, and relevant resources

Arrange and manage fixtures

for teams across age groups Report and escalate any

safeguarding concerns

in line with club policy Deliver a minimum of

3 hours of coaching per week

, following the club's 32-week syllabus Maintain high standards of player welfare, session structure, and professionalism

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:



Experience delivering high-quality coaching sessions in a youth football environment Strong organisational and communication skills The ability to lead a small team and foster a positive learning environment Confidence speaking with parents, schools, and grassroots clubs A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and attention to detail An understanding of safeguarding and player welfare standards FA Level 2 / UEFA C Licence (minimum) Valid Enhanced DBS & relevant safeguarding qualifications (support can be provided)

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 18.00-24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 12 per week
