Now we're looking for one brilliant human to co-lead operations in the city we started in.

Your Role:

You'll keep Shine On Cleans Norwich running smoothly:

Manage cleaners with availability, feedback, and emergencies Oversee bookings, schedules, and cleaner matching Handle occasional client check-ins or issue resolution Catch mistakes, fix small problems, and escalate the big ones Collaborate with our AI agents to automate the boring stuff Report bugs, insights, or friction points to the founder
This is a real leadership role, without the corporate nonsense.

Requirements

Norwich-based (or able to visit local jobs if needed) Tech-comfortable: WhatsApp, Airtable, email, basic systems Calm, clear communicator with great judgement Responsive during the day (1-3 hour turnaround for issues) Reliable, self-directed, and emotionally intelligent

Growth Path:

Start small: 4-6 hrs/week, steady and flexible Grow big: 20-25 hrs/week, own all local ops Scale nationally: help us build Shine On across the UK

Nice to Have:

Experience in project management, operations, logistics, customer service, or support work Interest in AI, startups, or community-based work
