About the Role:
We're expanding our Nottingham security team and are looking for licensed Door Supervisors to cover a range of events. From concerts and sports fixtures to nightlife venues, you'll help ensure a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for all attendees.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting ID checks and managing access points Supervising queues and supporting safe crowd movement Responding calmly and professionally to incidents when required Working effectively with organisers and fellow security staff to maintain standards
Requirements:
Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence (mandatory) Experience in events or licensed venues is desirable Excellent communication and strong customer service skills
