About the Role



This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced lawyer ready to lead, develop others, and deliver life-changing outcomes for our clients. In this role, you will:

Lead, mentor, and supervise a high-performing family law team Work collaboratively with your team to plan strategies and resolve cases Set clear team objectives and monitor performance with care and accountability Help team members grow through coaching, support, and continuous feedback Ensure excellent client service demonstrating knowledge, experience and creativity. Promote innovation, efficiency, and high standards across the team Develop rapport and trust with new and existing clients

Who We Are Looking For?




We're looking for a strong leader who brings:

Proven experience managing or supervising legal teams Sound litigation experience, ideally in matrimonial finance and/or private children's law A strategic mindset and commercial awareness Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisation and time management skills The ability to lead performance and coaching conversations Resilience, collaboration and a proactive approach
