Your Mission:

As the New Product Development Manager, you\'ll be the culinary maestro behind our client\'s success. You\'ll be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and bringing to life a cornucopia of mouth-watering products that will tantalize taste buds and win over food lovers far and wide.

Key Responsibilities:

Sizzle and Innovate: Develop new, drool-worthy products inspired by the diverse flavours of Asian cuisine, from savoury stir-fries to zesty curries.

Recipe Wizardry: Craft and perfect recipes that balance tradition with innovation, ensuring every bite is a symphony of taste.

Market Research: Keep a keen eye on market trends, ingredient availability, and consumer preferences to spice up our product offerings.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and quality assurance, to ensure a seamless transition from kitchen creation to market sensation.

Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of quality, food safety, and compliance throughout the product development journey.

Budget Management: Handle the financial aspects of new product development, making sure we get the most flavour for our buck.

Requirements:

- Culinary degree OR equivalent (spoonful of creativity is a must!)

- Passion for cuisine and a deep understanding of flavour profiles

- Exceptional communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 your words are as flavourful as your dishes!
