The Role:




We're looking to hire an

NPD Project Executive

to join our Product team and support the team with our growing portfolio of D2C and Retail products.The successful candidate will be working across multiple product categories and will work closely with our NPD Managers to deliver our extensive limited edition launch calendar.



This is an excellent opportunity for someone just getting started in their product development career to gain hands-on experience of the NPD process at a fast-growing consumer brand. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the personal care industry, an interest in innovation, and a strong desire to contribute to the success of new product launches.


This role will report into one of Wild's NPD Managers and work closely with other teams across the business.

Please note, this is an entry level role.

Some of your responsibilities:

Work with the rest of the NPD team to support Wild's DTC and Retail launches calendar Stay updated on market trends, competitive products, and new technologies in the personal care industry. Analyse product data to support new fragrance launches. Work with fragrance houses to ensure fragrance samples arrive on time, and coordinate stability planning for new fragrance launches with external partners Support in the creation of packaging briefs and retail sell-in decks. Assist in coordinating fragrance or product testing with the Brand and Creative team and gathering feedback to refine products. Work closely with our suppliers to ensure feedback is actioned quickly. Maintain the product sample library, ensuring all signed off final samples are retained and clearly labelled. Help with managing supplier relationships and tracking external partners involved in the development process. Maintain accurate documentation related to product development, including product specs, reports, and project plans.

Strong interest in the personal care, beauty, or FMCG industries. Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with an ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. Happy to get involved across multiple different product elements and roll up your sleeves Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment Strong analytical and Google Sheets skills
