Preci-Spark is seeking a motivated and experienced NPI Manager to join our busy and experienced team. As a NPI Manager within our team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality and regulatory standards.

36,000 - 46,000 (dependent on experience). Monthly productivity bonus. 25 days holiday + bank holidays. The role:

Lead and manage the end-to-end NPI process for aerospace components and systems. Drive the APQP and PPAP in accordance with AS13100 requirements. Drive project planning, risk management, and milestone tracking. Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Programme teams. Ensure compliance with aerospace standards (AS9100 regulations where applicable). Oversee PFMEA, control plans, and validation activities. Champion continuous improvement throughout production launch. Lead the Project Planning KPIs matrices Owns the internal procedures of NPIs, including APQP, PFMEA, PPAP etc.

Requirements:

Proven experience in NPI, project management, or manufacturing engineering -- ideally within aerospace or a highly regulated industry. Strong understanding of engineering design, manufacturing processes, and quality systems. Excellent knowledge of AS13100 & AS9145 related to APQP, PPAP requirements Strong understanding of major Aerospace OEMs NPIs requirements Excellent organisational and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally. Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and change management processes is a plus. Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Aerospace, or related discipline preferred. Full UK driving licence (role will some travel between sites). Health, Safety and Environment compliance.
