This work will be carried out in and around Llandudno and as such own transport is essential for these roles, along with own equipment, chainsaw etc.

Job Overview

We are seeking 4 dedicated and skilled NPTC qualified Climbers and 4 x Grounds Maintenance Worker (Chainsaw Qualification needed, 2 will need COSS, 2 Will need Site Warden) to join our team. The successful candidate/s will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetics and functionality of outdoor spaces, this work will be railway related works.

Duties

Perform landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and planting. Operate and maintain various hand tools and power tools essential for grounds upkeep. Conduct irrigation system checks and repairs to ensure efficient water usage. Carry out regular maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to execute gardening tasks and horticultural projects. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas to promote safety.

Skills

Proficient in landscape maintenance techniques and practices. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment. Experience with hand tools, power tools, and excavators is highly desirable. Familiarity with irrigation systems and their maintenance requirements. Knowledge of gardening principles and horticulture practices. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on quality workmanship. Qualifications needed:

Climber must have NPTC in date, PTS

Groundsman must possess at least PTS and Chainsaw Qualification, 2 will also need COSS, 2 will need Site Warden

Pay: 130.00-150.00 per day
