Commercial Litigation (Regulatory & Enforcement)
Solicitor or Legal Executive (NQ-4 PQE)
Taunton or Exeter
This Litigation Solicitor vacancy is within a well-established law firm with multiple offices in the South West of England.
Salary and benefits:

Competitive salary - Starting from 51,000
Hybrid working model - minimum three days per week in-office
25 days holiday + buy/sell up to 1 week
Private Medical Insurance, Bonus scheme and Mentoring programs

Responsibilities:

Provide commercial litigation advice to commercial clients
Advise clients on regulatory investigations, including those involving the HSE, EA, Food Standards Agency and Trading Standards
Supporting clients following an incident or accident, under caution and/or internal investigation
Providing compliance and risk management advice
Develop your own profile within the regulatory & compliance market

Ideal Candidate:

Qualified solicitor or legal executive
NQ-4 years PQE within commercial litigation
Newly Qualified lawyers with good court/litigation exposure are welcome to apply
Criminal lawyers wishing to specialise are welcome to apply
This vacancy is open to candidates who are relocating
