Represent clients in Tribunal proceedings Manage a varied caseload across immigration and asylum matters
About You
Qualified Scottish solicitor / Eligible for admission at NQ level Strong advocacy skills and interest in courtroom practice Excellent drafting, communication, and time-management abilities Passion for social justice and client-focused practice Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively Experience in immigration, asylum or human rights law
