NQ - 4 Years PQE Solicitor - Commercial Litigation & Finance Recovery
Location: Manchester / Liverpool
Hybrid Working Available
A leading regional law firm with a national reputation is looking for a dynamic Newly Qualified or junior Solicitor to join its Commercial Litigation and Finance Recovery teams. The firm is known for its practical, results-driven approach, supportive culture, and long-standing client relationships across financial services, local authorities, housing, and SME sectors.
This role offers the chance to manage a varied and high-profile caseload, including contractual disputes, insolvency matters, debt recovery, finance recoveries, and enforcement actions. You'll work directly with clients, draft pleadings, advise on recovery strategies, and see cases through from start to finish, supported by senior colleagues who value development and autonomy.
We're looking for someone who:

  • Is NQ or up to 3/4 years PQE with experience or interest in commercial/civil litigation and debt recovery
  • Has strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and a practical problem-solving mindset
  • Can manage competing deadlines and enjoy client-facing responsibilities
