Our client, a highly-respected and sector-specialist firm, is looking for a solicitor to join its Housing Development team in Birmingham. This role is ideal for someone who wants to navigate the world of property development and use their skills to make a real difference in the housing sector.
About the Role:
You will be enabling affordable housing development for a portfolio of Registered Provider clients. The work is varied and impactful, involving:
Acquisition of s106 affordable housing.
Land purchase for new-build projects.
Advice on site assembly, funding, and delivery.
You will join a supportive team of 3 Partners and 7 Lawyers, working with several of the UK's leading housing associations. The firm prides itself on providing high-quality, pragmatic advice that helps clients achieve tangible social outcomes.
About You:
0-3 years PQE.
Ideally, you completed a property seat during your training contract.
A genuine interest in housing development and a commitment to outstanding client care.
Enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a desire to build long-term relationships.
