NTQ Surveyor/Manager

Contract

Location: Flexible - 3 Days per week onsite at Theale/Client/Site visit

Are you ready to be a part of the telecommunications revolution? Our Client is a leader in the industry, and we are looking for an exceptional NTQ Surveyor to manage a portfolio of sites which are deemed \'at risk\' of NTQ.

\xf0\x9f\x93\x8c :

As an NTQ Surveyor, You will manage a portfolio of sites which are deemed \'at risk\' of NTQ. Oversee the end-to-end acquisition process for replacement activities whilst also managing the exit on the sites at risk to try to ensure that coverage is maintained for the operator.

This role involves liaising with Suppliers, external Landlords and agents as well as Company and Operator regional, national and NTQ teams to achieve the optimum solution in terms of time, cost & quality.

\xf0\x9f\x93\xa1 Responsibilities:

  • Deliver activities across a defined group of sites to achieve the company & Shareholder targets through effective management of the Acquisition Agents, Solicitors & 3rd party suppliers.
  • Be aware of and manage dependencies on regional teams across a defined group of sites through planning, tracking & reporting to ensure regional acquisition targets are achieved.
  • Build & maintain effective working relationships with the regional, national and NTQ teams along with Demand, Property & Finance teams to ensure policy is understood & applied consistently.
  • Identify areas for improvement & take ownership of specific issues through to resolution to drive improved performance and achieve targets
  • Manage 3rd party suppliers to deliver agreed targets on a defined group of sites by creating an environment that drives success & secures business targets through reporting and management of key deliverables
  • Proactively identify and record all risks, issues & dependencies, subsequently managing their mitigation and resolution or escalating those that cannot be solved
  • Always ensuring that Company, the Operators and 3rd party suppliers perform all duties with Landlords in line with the Landlord engagement policy.
\xf0\x9f\x92\xa1 Qualifications:
  • Considerable acquisition functional knowledge gained from working in a mobile network environment.
  • Extensive experience of delivering sites against agreed targets.
  • Considerable experience of managing 3rd party suppliers.
  • Considerable experience of working under pressure in a complex & changing environment.
  • Considerable experience in preparation of Heads of Terms and legal contracts.
  • Experience in dealing with Estates matters, managing Landlords and negotiation.
  • Understanding of the New Electronic Communications Code preferred
