Position
Overall Purpose of Role
To operate Web offset printing presses to recognised Company standards producing high quality work within allocated time frames and waste figures. You will be required to motivate and effectively manage your press crew.
Requirements
Operate Web Offset machinery to company standards. Utilise best working practices for maximum production. Effectively manage the press crew. Highlight all issues with People, Procedures and Machinery. Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are followed for Press crew. Follow company procedures regarding Maintenance of press equipment. Timely reporting of any Non-Conformances. * Flexible in your approach to company shift patterns / holiday cover.
