About Us:

Utopia Plates is a leading Private Registration Dealer and Registered Number Plate Supplier in the UK. We have the privilege of offering both unique personalised registrations and quality physical number plates for vehicles. Due to rapid expansion and an increase in turnover, we are eager to welcome a new member to our team in our walk-in store based in Durham.

Role Responsibilities:

Efficiently manufacture number plates, including working with power tools. Careful removal & fitting of number plates to customer vehicles. Prepare and dispatch orders ensuring timeliness and accuracy. Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via telephone, email, and social media. Record and maintain customer documents securely in our database. Engage in proactive sales activities over the telephone and in person where appropriate. Oversee and ensure stock organisation and maintenance.

Candidate Profile:

Excellent reading and writing skills. Strong confidence in telephone communications. Prior sales experience or a knack for sales is highly desirable, as there are commissions to be earned. High attention to detail ensuring accuracy and quality in every task. Collaborative team player with a pleasant personality.
