About the Role:
As a Nurse Associate within the Day Surgery Unit, you'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide safe, high-quality care to patients undergoing elective surgical procedures. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver and support pre-operative and post-operative patient care Assist in minor surgical procedures and recovery care Monitor patient wellbeing and contribute to care planning Liaise with patients, families, and clinical teams to ensure exceptional care
Requirements:
Registered Nurse Associate with a valid NMC Pin Previous experience in surgical, outpatient, or acute care settings (desirable) Excellent communication and teamwork skills A patient-focused, empathetic approach
