Duties

Provide comprehensive patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and reporting to the medical team. Assist in the development and implementation of individualised care plans tailored to each patient's needs. Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment options, and preventive care. Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care and support. Uphold hygiene and safety standards within the healthcare environment.

Requirements

Nurse Associate qualification Proven experience in patient care, preferably within a clinical setting. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to help others are essential traits for this role.
