An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and passionate Nurse Consultant / Matron , to join our team, based in Sussex.
As a key member of the Clinical Leadership Team, you will play a crucial role in the leadership and effective delivery of patient care, leading and managing the clinical service, ensuring that culture, standards and outcomes are developed and maintained.
You will promote clinical excellence through the provision of consistent specialised care, skilled communication and the continuous professional development of staff, further strengthening our brand and reputation.
You will be a part of a highly driven and talented team, and will have the following skill set:
Ability to evidence ongoing registration/revalidation as a Registered General Nurse
Ability to lead, supervise and develop a team, leading by example
Ability to communicate specialist and complex information at all levels
A desire to achieve excellence
You will be adept at building strong, effective and lasting working relationships with those you lead, manage and support, and will work proactively and positively with senior management and external stakeholders. Your professionalism and empathy with patients will also be vital in this role, helping us develop and maintain excellent standards of care.
