We are seeking an experienced
Nurse Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead
to join our team and support the effective leadership of our nursing home. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled nurse with a strong leadership background to make a real impact on the quality of care delivered.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day management of the service.
Lead and mentor the nursing and care teams, ensuring high standards of clinical care.
Oversee compliance with NMC, CQC, and company standards.
Monitor, assess, and implement care plans to ensure residents' needs are met.
Act as a point of escalation for clinical concerns and provide strong leadership.
Deputise in the absence of the Home Manager.
Requirements
RGN/RMN with valid NMC registration
.
Minimum
5 years' experience
as a Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager in a nursing home setting.
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Proven ability to deliver excellent clinical outcomes and regulatory compliance.
Flexible approach with weekend availability.
