We are seeking an experienced and dedicated
Nurse Deputy Manager (RGN)
to join our management team at our care home. This is an excellent opportunity for a registered nurse with proven leadership experience to play a key role in maintaining high standards of care and supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day operations of the home.
The successful candidate will bring clinical expertise, strong organisational skills, and a passion for person-centred care to ensure residents receive the highest quality of service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Home Manager in overseeing all aspects of care delivery and home operations
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the nursing and care teams
Ensure all care practices comply with CQC standards and organisational policies
Oversee care planning, medication management, and clinical governance
Conduct audits, manage rotas, and contribute to staff training and development
Act as a role model for best nursing practice
Requirements:
Valid
NMC registration (RGN)
Minimum
4 years of experience in a nursing home setting
Proven leadership or supervisory experience
Strong clinical knowledge and ability to make sound decisions
Excellent communication and management skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 44,137.60 per year
