Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day management and operations of the care home.
Lead and support staff to deliver excellent person-centred care.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain high-quality care provision.
Manage budgets, resources, and staffing efficiently.
Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders.
Requirements
Registered Nurse (NMC) qualification.
Minimum of
5 years' experience in care home management
(essential).
SVQ4 in Health & Social Care and Registered Managers Award (preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
