Job Title: Intravenous (IV) Nurse

Location: Based in London with travel to multiple locations across the UK

We are seeking an experienced, skilled and compassionate IV Nurse to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be based out of our London clinics but maybe asked travel to various Body Brilliant locations throughout the UK. This role is ideal for a dedicated nurse who is passionate about patient care and is eager to work in a dynamic and growing company with a focus on health, wellbeing and longevity.

Responsibilities:

Oversee & Deliver IV Therapy Operations:

Deliver, lead and coordinate IV therapies, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of treatments.

Develop and implement standardised protocols and procedures to maintain consistency and quality of care.

Oversee the inventory and management of IV supplies and medications.

Quality Assurance and Improvement:

Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement in IV therapy services.

Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.

Collaborate with management to develop and implement evidence-based practices.

Strategic Planning:

Contribute to the development of long-term strategic plans for IV therapy and beyond.

Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of IV therapy services.

Client Education and Advocacy:

Provide comprehensive education to patients about IV therapy, addressing their concerns and questions.

Advocate for the needs of clients, ensuring they receive optimal care and support.

Qualifications:

- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with current NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration.

- Experience in delivering Vitamin Infusions (necessary)

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IV therapy or a related field.

- A&E or ITU experience preferred but not necessary.

-International nursing registrations (Europe, UAE, Abu Dhabi, United States are a bonus)

- Proven ability to start and manage IV lines efficiently and with minimal discomfort to clients.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while traveling between locations.

- Flexibility to travel extensively throughout the UK and adapt to varying schedules and locations.

- A valid driver's license and willingness to drive to different locations as required.

Pay: 36,000.00-42,000.00 per year
