What You'll Bring

A Registered Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC pin

Confidence to lead by example, inspiring and mentoring others through kindness and professionalism

Strong clinical judgment and a calm, solution-focused mindset

Excellent communication skills to connect meaningfully with residents, families and colleagues

Competence in care planning, medication management and risk assessment

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a key role in shaping a culture of kindness and excellence. You'll provide and coordinate person-centred nursing care, develop tailored care plans, and support your team to deliver every aspect with empathy and skill. You'll celebrate each resident's individuality, build trusting relationships with families, and guide your team to grow in confidence and competence.
