Job Description
We are looking for an experienced nursing leader to join our forward-thinking and inclusive GP Practice in Burton on Trent.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Practice Nurse with the ability to develop and empower a flourishing nursing workforce in an up-and-coming Practice, which is working in new ways to improve health outcomes for its population. They should have experience in managing a variety of Long Term Conditions, womens health/family planning and assisting with minor procedures as a minimum.
It is preferable that applicants have a teaching qualification, knowledge of the GPN Foundation Programme and are willing to teach and support a new cohort of GPN trainees joining the Practice in September 2025.
Salary is negotiable depending on skills and experience.
