We are seeking a skilled and dedicated
Nurse Manager
to lead our nursing team. The successful candidate will inspire and manage staff, ensuring high standards of care, organisation, and efficiency within the service.Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the nursing team effectively, providing guidance and support. Promote a caring, professional, and safe environment for patients/residents. Ensure compliance with all clinical standards and regulatory requirements. Motivate and inspire the team, fostering collaboration and continuous learning. Oversee day-to-day operational and administrative tasks related to nursing services.
Requirements
RNLD or RMN qualification with active NMC registration. Proven leadership and organisational skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Integrity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn. Ability to inspire and support staff as a team player.

Pay: 50,000.00-55,000.00 per year
