Nurse Manager
to lead our care team. The ideal candidate will demonstrateleadership, integrity, and a caring nature
, while motivating and supporting staff to deliver high-quality care. This is a rewarding opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RNLD or RMN) with an active NMC PIN who is passionate about making a positive impact on residents' lives.Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and support the nursing and care team to ensure outstanding care delivery. Uphold high standards of clinical care and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. Foster a positive team culture, inspiring staff to perform to their best. Manage staff performance, training, and development to enhance team skills and knowledge. Oversee operational aspects of the nursing unit, including scheduling and resource management.
Requirements:
RNLD or RMN
with anactive NMC PIN
. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Caring, compassionate, and professional approach to both residents and staff. Ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team. Adaptable, willing to learn, and able to handle challenges effectively.Benefits:
