We are seeking an experienced
Nurse Manager
to lead and manage a 50+ bedded nursing home. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring high standards of care, compliance withCQC regulations
, and continuous improvement across all aspects of the home.Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day running of the nursing home. Lead, support, and develop a multidisciplinary team. Ensure compliance with
CQC standards
and work towards achievingOutstanding ratings
. Maintain high standards of care, governance, and clinical practice. Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.Requirements
Proven experience as a
Registered Manager
in a50+ bedded nursing home
. Strong knowledge ofCQC standards
with a track record of success. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. PreferablyNMC registered
with relevant post-registration nursing experience.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 70,000.00 per year
