We are seeking an experienced and dedicated
Nurse Manager
to lead and manage a 50+ bedded nursing home. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing management, a proven track record in achieving and maintaining high standards, and excellent leadership skills.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring high-quality care for all residents. Maintain compliance with
CQC standards
and work towards achievingOutstanding ratings
. Lead, mentor, and support the nursing and care teams. Develop and implement care plans, policies, and procedures to enhance resident care. Maintain accurate records and ensure effective communication with staff, residents, and families.Requirements:
Experience as a
Registered Manager
in a nursing home with 50+ beds. Strong knowledge of CQC standards and quality care regulations. Preferably anNMC-registered nurse
with relevant post-registration experience. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Benefits:
