Lead, mentor, and support the nursing and care teams.
Develop and implement care plans, policies, and procedures to enhance resident care.
Maintain accurate records and ensure effective communication with staff, residents, and families.
Requirements:
Experience as a
Registered Manager
in a nursing home with 50+ beds.
Strong knowledge of CQC standards and quality care regulations.
Preferably an
NMC-registered nurse
with relevant post-registration experience.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
