We are seeking an experienced
Nurse Manager
to lead and manage our care home. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of care, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, and supporting staff and residents effectively.Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home. Ensure care delivery meets CQC standards and organisational policies. Lead, mentor, and support nursing and care staff to maintain high-quality service. Maintain accurate records and reports related to care provision. Engage with residents and families to ensure excellent service and satisfaction.
Requirements
Previous experience managing a care home. Strong knowledge of care standards and CQC regulations. Preferably NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience (desirable but not essential). Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
