We are seeking an experienced and dedicated
Nurse Manager
to join our team inTS10 4PR
. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of50K-55K
, depending on experience.The successful candidate will play a key leadership role, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and staff management within the service.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and clinical standards within the service. Lead, support, and develop the nursing and care team. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organisational standards. Manage staff rotas, performance, and training needs. Handle care planning, audits, safeguarding, and quality improvement. Work closely with senior management to drive service excellence.
Essential Requirements:
5+ years of management experience
within a healthcare or care home setting. Registered General Nurse (RGN
) with an activeNMC PIN
. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Ability to manage teams, maintain compliance, and deliver outstanding care.Salary & Benefits:
