Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to take on the role of Night Manager / Clinical Lead within a specialist nursing care setting. The role involves supporting the Deputy Manager in the smooth day-to-day running of the service, leading a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to adults with complex neurological and physical needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strong clinical leadership and support to the care team during night shifts.
Lead by example, promoting a culture of empathy, respect, and dignity.
Oversee and manage complex clinical cases, ensuring safe and effective care delivery.
Support ongoing staff development through training, mentoring, and supervision.
Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Ensure all practices meet regulatory and professional standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.
Minimum of 2 years' post-registration nursing experience.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support a clinical team.
Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with adults with complex or neurological care needs.
