Duties
Deliver high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualised care plans.
Monitor patients' vital signs and overall health status, ensuring timely interventions when necessary.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians while adhering to safety protocols.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) qualification or equivalent nursing degree is essential.
Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology is preferred.
Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple tasks effectively.
