Nurse Practitioner
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our GP surgery team. You will provide advanced clinical care, managing a variety of acute and chronic conditions through both face-to-face and telephone consultations. Working independently and alongside GPs and nurses, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centred care. Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and manage patient conditions within your scope Prescribe medications as appropriate Provide telephone triage and face-to-face appointments Maintain accurate patient records Support practice initiatives and participate in audits and training
