What will you be doing?

Lead people and performance: rotas (Teamnet), supervision, appraisals, nurse revalidation, recruitment, wellbeing
Drive quality and safety: CQC readiness, IPC, vaccine cold chain, audits, complaints/incident learning
Provide expert care: minor illness/injury, prescribing, immunisations, cervical screening, contraception, sexual health, chronic disease, mental health signposting
Build services: policy/protocols, QI, outbreak/emergency preparedness, work with GP and PCN partners.
