Who We Are Looking For...

We are looking for a tenacious and skilled Registered Nurse (RGN) at our Nursing home - Lady Forester Nursing Home (Much Wenlock, TF13).

They need to be enthusiastic for progression, eager to learn and hardworking.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care according to established care plans. Utilise anatomy knowledge to assess and address patient needs effectively. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records for continuity of care. Stay updated on best practices and advancements in nursing to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Current Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) certification Proficiency in patient care and implementing care plans Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare team members Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of care
