Nurse Specialist - Make a Real Difference!


Location:

Duns

Pay:

22.14 per hour

Hours:

Full-time (37.5 hrs/week) | Mon-Fri (9am-5pm) | Occasional weekends/nights

Contract:

Permanent full-time + Bank/Casual options available

About Our Service



In our

Duns supported living service

, we help

16 individuals

live as independently as possible in their own homes.

Our residents have a variety of needs, including:

? Learning disabilities

? Mental health concerns

? Mobility challenges

? Age-related health needs



? ?

Your Role as Nurse Specialist



You'll be the clinical cornerstone of our service, responsible for:

? Assessing, implementing & evaluating nursing care

? Maintaining accurate records & clinical governance

? Coaching & mentoring Support Workers

? Working closely with the Service Leader & multidisciplinary team



?
