About you:

You're someone who:

Brings a genuine passion for supporting individuals with complex mental health needs Can remain calm, focused, and safe in high-pressure or challenging situations Values continuous learning and thrives in a collaborative team setting Demonstrates empathy, respect, and emotional resilience Has experience in mental health/PICU environments

What you'll need:

A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Mental Health hospital environment as a band 6 within the last 3 years Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices
