Key Responsibilities:
As a Nurse Team Leader (RGN), you will:
Lead, manage, and mentora team of nursing and care staff, providing daily guidance and support.
Coordinate and deliver high-quality, person-centred care, with a specialist focus on elderly care and dementia care*.
Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care plansin collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team.
Monitor and evaluate staff performance, conducting supervisions and fostering professional development*.
Ensure strict compliance with CQC regulations*, clinical policies, and best practices.
Act as a clinical expert and a key liaison for patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in quality improvementinitiatives.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A valid NMC PIN as a Registered General Nurse (RGN)*.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Team Leader, Senior Staff Nurse, or Clinical Deputy role within a UK nursing home or care homesetting.
Proven leadership skillswith the ability to motivate, develop, and support a team.
Strong clinical knowledge, particularly in elderly care, dementia care, and medication management*.
Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
