About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced

Unit Manager

to join our leadership team at our care facility in

IP25 6WL

. This is a full-time position covering

weekdays and weekends

, ideal for a strong clinical leader passionate about delivering high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the nursing team within the unit Ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centred care Oversee care planning and risk assessments Support and mentor nursing and care staff Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, and CQC regulations Work collaboratively with the wider management team

Requirements:

NMC-registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience Proven experience as a

Nurse Manager

or in a similar leadership role in the care sector Strong clinical knowledge and confident in decision-making Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Team player with strong coaching and mentoring abilities
