footprints@hattonhill is a warm, community-based nursery at the heart of Ford and Litherland. We provide high-quality childcare and early years education for children from birth to 5 years, operating 51 weeks of the year between 8am and 6pm.

We're now looking for an

experienced and dedicated Nursery Administrator

to join our supportive team.



What You'll Do



As our Nursery Administrator, you'll play a vital role in the smooth running of the nursery by:

Acting as the first point of contact for families and visitors (in person, phone, email). Managing nursery records and general administration. Handling funding applications, invoicing, and monitoring payments. Supporting budget management alongside the Nursery Manager. Assisting with inspections, audits, and staff/child record management. Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and confidentiality standards.

What We're Looking For

Essential:



Previous administration experience (ideally in childcare/education). Confident using Microsoft Office and nursery software (e.g. Famly). Strong organisation and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A flexible, team-focused approach - willing to help in the nursery room when needed.

Desirable:



Knowledge of Early Years funding processes. Awareness of EYFS and nursery operations.
