Duties
Assist in the care and supervision of children in the nursery
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities and play
- Support the development of children's social, emotional, and cognitive skills
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for the children
- Collaborate with other nursery staff to ensure a positive and nurturing environment
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and a genuine love for working with children
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
- Basic understanding of child development principles
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle multiple tasks
