We are seeking a Nursery/EYFS Assistant Apprentice to join our dedicated Early Years team on a full-time, fixed-term basis during term time. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a recognised early year's qualification. Under the guidance of experienced practitioners, you will play an important role in supporting the care, learning, and development of children aged 0-5. You will help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment in line with the EYFS framework, while developing your own skills and knowledge as part of a supportive and inspiring team.

The successful candidate will be:

Passionate about working with young children and eager to build a career in early years education

Willing to learn, take guidance, and work towards a recognised early years qualification

Caring, reliable, and committed to providing a safe, nurturing environment for children aged 0-5

A positive team player with good communication skills and a proactive attitude

Organised and professional, with a basic understanding of child development and safeguarding practices

Position:

Fixed term for one year, term-time only

Hours:

42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.30 pm (1 hour for lunch)

Salary:

14,918.80 (FTE 18,648.50) 7.55 per hour apprentice wage
