Duties
Assist in the planning and implementation of engaging activities that promote children's development in various areas including social, emotional, and physical skills.
Supervise children during playtime and structured activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships and provide updates on children's progress.
Help manage daily routines such as meal times, nap times, and hygiene practices.
Support the lead nursery staff in maintaining an organised and clean environment conducive to learning.
Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance your .
Skills
The ability to inspire and motivate young children.
Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a calm demeanour.
A genuine passion for early childhood education and experience working with children.
A proactive approach with the drive to create a positive learning environment.
