Nursery Assistant (bank Staff)
Job Description
We require a Nursery Assistant (bank staff) for our setting to cover staff holidays and sickness. The hours will vary each week depending on the needs of the nursery. We offer a full induction, training and support.
Qualities required:
Experience working with young children from babies up to 4 years
Motivation and initiative
Enthusiasm and commitment
Effective communication skills
A real desire and capability to achieve the highest standards in childcare
Ability to work alongside the staff in the day-to-day routine of the setting.
Commitment to continuous professional development
Enhanced DBS will be required for this post.
