Job Description

Overview:

On behalf of our client we are seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for childcare, strong leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality care and education for children in the nursery
- Plan and implement activities that promote learning and development
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff members
- Manage daily routines and ensure the well-being of all children
- Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress

Requirements:

- Previous experience working in a nursery setting
- Qualifications in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Passion for working with young children
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Drive to provide the best possible care for all children
