Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children and a strong understanding in Early Years. As a Nursery Breakfast Assistant, you will support the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all children. Your role will involve engaging with children, serving breakfast adhering to allergies and collaborating with other staff members to provide high-quality childcare.

Responsibilities

Assist in the morning breakfast duties Supervise and engage with children during morning playtime, ensuring their safety and well-being. Maintaining a clean, organised environment. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster positive relationships.

Requirements

Previous experience in childcare is preferred. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A genuine passion for working with young children and understanding their developmental needs. A valid driving licence would be great but not essential A commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children.
If you are looking a morning shift role starting at 7:30 each weekday until 10:30 then this role is perfect.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.50 per hour
